Answers for Business Users.
Find quick answers to common questions about BLJ SmartView and its business-management model.
Can BLJ SmartView support both retail and wholesale sales?
Yes. The commercial architecture is designed to support retail, wholesale and businesses that operate both models.
Does every buyer need a customer record?
No. A walk-in customer can be represented by a generic WALK-IN reference on the transaction, while registered customers can have permanent customer records.
Can a business use its own products?
Yes. Product configuration is intended to be business-specific, including categories, subcategories, units, packaging and pricing.
Can I have different retail and wholesale prices?
The platform architecture is designed to support different pricing levels. The exact available pricing features depend on the product version and implementation stage.
Will BLJ SmartView support multiple branches?
Multi-branch is part of the commercial roadmap. The current DeeJay implementation is the first business implementation and is not being represented as a finished enterprise multi-branch product.
Is BLJ SmartView only for one type of business?
No. The platform is being designed around business operations rather than a single product category. Retail, wholesale and other inventory-driven businesses are examples of possible applications.
How will a new business configure its products?
The commercial platform is intended to let a business configure its own product catalogue rather than requiring the platform owner to manually create products for every customer.
How do I get started?
Use the Get Started page to request access or contact the BLJ SmartView team. The public site is being prepared ahead of the final commercial onboarding workflow.
